Sponsorship Categories
Booth and Naming Selection Principles:
1.Booth and sponsorship selections will be based on the signing date of the official agreement. Once the agreement is signed, payment must be completed within 10 working days; otherwise, the sponsorship will be forfeited.
2.Booth selection priority is based on sponsorship amount; for sponsors at the same level, selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.
3.To secure your preferred exhibition location and forum time slot, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible to sign the sponsorship agreement and complete the payment process.
4.Any exhibited instruments, publications, or other items must be approved by the organizing committee before display.
